All ordered items will be dispatched within 10 working days. If the selected item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email with the earliest availability date. 2. Errors in Information

We make every effort to provide accurate information. However, errors may occur. We rely on information provided by manufacturers and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies beyond rectifying the error. If an error occurs, we will take the necessary steps to correct it but will not be liable for any resulting consequences.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Refunds will be provided for faulty or damaged goods. Here’s how the process works:

  • For credit card purchases, refunds will be credited to the original account after inspecting the returned product(s).
  • For purchases made via cheque or postal order, refunds will be issued through a refund cheque after inspecting the returned product(s).

Please note the following conditions:

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of receipt.
  • Damaged or malfunctioning items must be reported within 7 days.
  • Costs incurred for returning items are non-refundable.
  • Goods exempt from return policies are not eligible for refunds.

  • Advance payment may be required before delivery.

Title:
